Due to the technology involved with the Whips, there is a separate 3x3 waterproof control module that will need to be mounted separately from the whips. This module has a harness that splits off to each whip and keeps them perfectly in sync with each other. These whips have been completely redesigned from the base up. Bluetooth whips These whips do not work off of a remote but rather an app. The free app has the following functions: Colors are changed via the color wheel and thousands of colors area possible. The Function mode is always set to flash in the pre-selected patterns section. Custom mode allows the user to make their own mode and flash patterns for the whips.
Music mode allows the whips to flash with the music playing. This works even when the whips are paired to a Bluetooth stereo system. Other companies have a screw type system that requires a wrench to tighten and loosen. Unlike most competitors, our whips are wrapped around the shaft of the whips, giving the customer degrees of LED's lights.
Some competitors only stick the LED's back to back allowing for only degrees of light coverage. These whips are also Bluetooth controlled and CAN chase, cascade, rainbow, and dance to music. On top of that they are fully user programable via the free app and users are able to design and save their own modes.
I've made my own whips before, the quality of is absolutely top notch. You can't make them like this in your garage. And the mounting system is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. It really is crazy bright and strong and the customer service you receive from Andy is ridiculously amazing!!! These whips are well worth the money!! The repair and or replacement along with return shipping will be covered by Whips Inc.
A lso note we do need the matching whip, or accessory that matches up with the whip or accessory that you're sending in even if it is not damaged so that when the repair has been completed we have the availability to test it with its pair to conclude everything matches up with computer components. This time frame can be longer or shorter depending on time of year.
